£65,000-£80,000 (15% bonus)

What you’ll be doing…

 

You will be overseeing the Business Analysis capability for the change delivery function. You will have responsibility for quality, development, recruitment, growth and performance of the Business Analysis capability. Overseeing a team of 20.

The team is very much a  proactive and dynamic team that develops key stakeholder relationships both externally and internally across the business. The role will need to ensure that the Business Analysis framework deliver efficiently into the change delivery lifecycle. The role will contribute to and oversee the methods, tools and quality of the Business Analysts and to ensure the delivery of change runs effectively.

What you’ll need…

 

  • You must be able to demonstrate a clear track record of managing large Business Analysis teams within a large change organisation and a clear track record of delivering across different methodologies, using different tooling to support delivery.
  • You should be able to show where you have developed and improved Business Analysis capability and demonstrate clear measurable outcomes to the changes  implemented.
  • Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst across multiple methodologies and work streams is essential.
  • Experience of working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable.
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of Business Analysis practices and their practical application is essential.
  • Well established knowledge of Change Delivery and the associated methodologies whilst working within a busy change function is essential.
  • Knowledge of Change Management and the Software Delivery Lifecycle is essential
