If you are a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst that loves stakeholder engagement and involvement at all levels of the business analysis lifecycle, this role could interest you.  As Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering quality business analysis and systems analysis to the business on a variety of different projects including migrations, digital transformation, business process improvements and change initiatives.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, a key task will be the facilitation, capture, analysis and challenge of business requirements, capturing functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and discussing potential solutions, creating business requirement definitions and ensuring successful delivery of the project.

To thrive within this role, you will have excellent, well rounded business analysis skills with a proven track record as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst.  Experience of working within agile and waterfall environments preferred, as is knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  

Of most importance, we're looking for someone who lives and breathe business analysis!  A Business Analyst who is motivated to help driving the best practice for the business analysis team.

This multi-faceted role will suit someone who is happy to enjoy a varied role, where no two challenges will be the same, but the rewards will be great! 

Ideally you will have proven experience in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes, process mapping and requirements gathering and other areas of the business analysis lifecycle such as facilitating workshops.

Reporting to the Head of Business Analysis, you will be a highly effective communicator with great interpersonal skills as this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels across the business including Software and Development departments as well as the UAT and Test team.

Working closely with management you will formulate and agree appropriate strategies in order to liaise with business users and analyse issues in order to produce specifications and document business processes. You will also work with development and test teams to validate requirements; and you will provide the link between the customer, the development team and any third party.

This is an interesting and varied role, and you will be flexible to engage in different projects as and when required.

This position is commutable via the M6 motorway and places such as Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Dudley, West Bromwich, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Stourbridge and much of Birmingham and the West Midlands.
