About the Role
We're recruiting a brand-new Digital Delivery & Portfolio Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how digital change is delivered across a growing organisation.
This isn't a traditional project management role and it's not about writing code or managing developers. Instead, you'll become the driving force behind delivery governance, agile processes and portfolio coordination, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data & Reporting teams and senior business stakeholders, you'll oversee demand management, sprint planning, delivery governance, capacity planning and portfolio reporting.
You'll help embed agile ways of working while bringing consistency, visibility and accountability to an exciting programme of digital transformation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the digital portfolio and delivery pipeline
- Prioritising incoming demand with business stakeholders
- Coordinating delivery across multiple agile teams
- Managing delivery governance, RAID logs and portfolio reporting
- Monitoring capacity, risks and dependencies
- Producing reporting for senior leadership
- Championing agile delivery best practice
- Helping establish consistent delivery processes across the Digital function
About You
You'll be someone who:

- Enjoys improving delivery processes
- Is calm under pressure
- Understands Agile delivery environments
- Knows how to balance competing priorities without losing focus
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or Monday.com would be beneficial, although experience with similar delivery tools is welcomed.
