ERP Project Specialist - Contract - Remote
As part of a significant business transformation programme, our client is implementing new HR, Payroll and Learning and Talent systems that will help them better support their colleagues and ultimately enhance the education and care services they provide. We’re looking for an ERP Project Specialist to play a key role in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of their new platforms, with a particular focus on Zellis and Cornerstone.

Working closely with the Head of Transformation, project teams, vendors and business stakeholders, you will support the delivery of critical ERP projects from implementation through to adoption and optimisation.
You’ll act as a technical specialist across their HR and Learning platforms, helping ensure systems are configured effectively, integrated seamlessly and embedded successfully across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Zellis and Cornerstone platforms
- Assist with system configuration, integrations and data migration activities
- Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors
- Develop data mapping, validation and reconciliation processes
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Learning & Development and operational teams
- Support user training, documentation and adoption activities
- Assist with upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track project risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
You will ideally have:
- Experience supporting ERP, HRIS or business systems implementations
- Hands-on experience with Zellis (ResourceLink, HR or Payroll modules)
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (Learning, Performance or Talent modules)
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows
- Experience supporting data migration, cleansing and validation activities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within project-based environments
Experience within education, healthcare, charity or not-for-profit organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
