This evolving organisation are looking for an experienced 'Head of' Business Analysis and Architecture to autonomously lead this thriving and successful team from the front!
You will be responsible for the end to end management, and delivery of requirements gathering and leading this team of BA's, Systems Analysts and Architects to ensure the delivery of requirements in a agile, dynamic and flexible way.
This role will suit someone who can develop and enhance people, someone who has the commercial acumen and the background of analysis and Business Analysis but someone now who is driven my leading and developing a team of capable individuals who will exceed expectations.
As well as an experienced people manager, you will also be a great relationship builder and be able to develop, maintain and progress strong relations with key stakeholders both internally within the function and externally. This role will be managing a team in a matrix structure with a number of direct reports including a Team Manager. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the delivery of the strategic vision and supporting requirements integrates effectively into change delivery.
Other key areas of responsibility include:
- Working collaboratively to define and manage the Business Architecture and Analysis methodology and practice.
- Positive stakeholder relationships and strong management to continuously improve the requirements gathering capability
- Provide leadership, direction and guidance on analysis and architecture. Mentoring and full people management.
- Define and maintain the quality of the Architecture and Analysis framework with clear expectations of standards, quality, timescales and capability within the function
- Develop the business and systems knowledge to provide a flexible, scalable and skilled Architecture and Analysis team across multiple business streams and sites.
