We seek an innovative, versatile, and commercially astute IT Manager with 5+ years of experience, ideally in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, but other areas will be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a multiple-country environment.
This role requires a forward-thinking manager who can deliver defined infrastructure and technology-focused business projects, typically within the manufacturing and customer-focused departments, delivering operational transformation and efficiency gains from an IT, technology, and business perspective.
This role is hands-on; you will be expected to configure network switches and troubleshoot server technical issues with the rest of the IT team.

- Deliver pre-defined IT projects aligned with business goals.
- Ensure IT, digital, and business alignment.
- Control IT spending versus the defined budget.
- Manage IT operations and service delivery.
- Implement the disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Leverage modern technologies and innovations.

- Handle 3rd party vendor management.
- Measure and manage team performance with KPIs.
