This newly created role will see the IT Process Analyst supporting a new business function with driving and creating a set of Group IT metrics and IT processes.
We are looking for an IT Process Analyst who can help create an overview for senior stakeholders covering governance, risk, reporting and processes which will give single source information for IT. This role will help drive improved business outcomes and will be key for the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting analysis and research into IT structures and IT processes across various IT departments such as PMO, Business Analysis and Project Management
- Collecting data and statistics and making recommendations based on evidence
- Compile presentations to communicate research and present your findings
Whilst this role will be working across various IT departments, we’re not necessarily looking for technical skills outside MS Office and IT skills that can be used to create presentations and reports, we are looking for a person who understands IT departments and IT structures as a key part of this role is to analyse IT processes.
Experience as an IT Analyst, Change Analyst, IT coordinator or maybe as an IT Business Analyst will be required as excellent analytical skills are essential. Communication and team working skills are also key as this role will be working with IT departments to understand their processes. Attention to detail is also important as the reports and recommendations you make will be presented to leadership and senior stakeholders within the business.
