Do you have excellent Customer service and have a passion for IT Support? 

A Global, high-end client who provide catering, hospitality and wider facilities services and solutions are looking for an IT Service Desk member to join their growing team.

You will be dealing with IT support queries on a 1st and 2nd line level, for a wide range of clients.

You will be supporting with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows, and basic networking queries and troubleshooting.

You will be supporting and communicating with 3rd parties and clients from workplace, education, and health care to defence and stadia sectors. As well as responding to IT issues internally to meet business requirements.

You won’t just be sat behind the desk all day!!!!

….....This client is looking for someone to take the Lead with mobilisation support in various different locations. Meaning no day will be the same.

 

Although this client is global, they understand your happiness is the most important factor, so have created a flexible working model. You will be working Hybrid within a family feel environment.

 

Fast-paced, think on your feet environment with the opportunity to be the IT Lead support on new sites around the Northwest.

Have you got a ‘can-do’ approach, full of energy and the drive to join the team….

 

Ready for the challenge?

-minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an IT Helpdesk Environment- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop solutions

-ITIL foundation or equivalent

-Have experience of using ITSM tools and working towards SLA targets

-Be enthusiastic and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, displaying high levels of dedication to customer service

-Show attention to detail in incident recording, control of IT procurement and asset tracking

-Be patient with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to make rapid decisions based on information available

-Experienced in supporting users of all abilities and stakeholders to director level.

-Providing support on ad-hoc projects, and be able to plan and prioritise tasks.

-Working in a changing environment 

-Experienced in 1st and 2nd line desktop support

-Good understanding of basic network topology
