A rare opportunity has arisen to join a household name client seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to lead a team of 5 Service Desk Analysts dedicated to ensuring high level support of all IT incidents. 

This is a really exciting time to join this prestigious brand that also gives back by supporting local community initiatives as well as further afield.  And it's an amazing opportunity to make a great impression in arguably one of THE most exciting IT/   tech support environments.

As IT Service Desk Manager, you'll ensure high levels of IT support are delivered within SLA frameworks, coach and develop your team, and also be the escalation point for the Service Desk Engineers for both technical and non technical requirements.

A passion for service improvement is a must!  This is an environment for continuous improvement and is a real opportunity to input your ideas into the Service Desk.

We are looking for a person with previous experience of managing an IT service desk, good management and leadership skills and a previous technical background within a Microsoft environment - Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange.

ITIL experience is also needed.

Based Greater Manchester.
