PMO Analyst, Project Office Analyst, PMO Adminstrator - Remote – To £40,000.

Reporting into the CTO, you will help shape and run the Project & Change governance process. You will support the Exec team with overall governance and control but also help individual projects with practical hands-on support.

The role will administer the change process, manage the project, and change recording tools. Also, alongside the CTO, support the Exec Team in terms of preparing monthly reviews, papers, status reports and subsequent actions and interventions. The role will also track approved budgets, spend, and work with local projects on benefits realisation plans.

Whilst the role reports into IT,  it is a key partner for both the Exec team and each individual business lead project team. Engagement and building relationships are key to the success of this role/ person.

Key accountabilities include:

Executive Team Support - Change Assurance Board (CAB) Administration

IT Team Project & Change process controls – (to run and administer

Project Support & analysis – project advice, guidance, and involvement

The role will also proactively work with other IT areas covering IT System Product leads, Project Managers, Data Analysts and will be jointly accountable for supporting their ‘joined-up’ IT Service approach to support our customers.

The successful candidate will also represent IT in wider areas, various governance and groupwide forums, e.g., Data Quality, GDPR, Data Insight etc

You will have a minimum of:

  • 2/3 years’ experience of working within PMO / Project Office functions.

  • Proven experience of agile methodologies, project, and portfolio planning

  • Proven ability to provide strong processes, methods, and governance.

  • 2/3 years of experience with Portfolio Management Tools is essential.

  • Experience of using MS Project Online is desirable.

  • Advanced MS Word/Excel is essential.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, customer service and problem-solving skills
