We're recruiting for an exciting Technology PMO Analyst opportunity with a leading international organisation that is investing heavily in technology, digital transformation, and business change. This newly created role sits within the Group PMO function and offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives across the business.
Working closely with Project Managers, Finance teams, PMO leadership, and senior stakeholders, you'll provide critical support around project governance, financial control, reporting, and process improvement, helping to ensure successful project delivery across a high-profile technology portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
Project Financial Management
- Track, reconcile, and manage project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, validate timesheets, and support project capitalisation activities.
- Ensure accurate allocation and tracking of CAPEX and OPEX expenditure.
- Partner with Finance teams on accruals, forecasting, P&L reporting, and budget management.
- Maintain financial trackers and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
PMO Governance & Reporting
- Support project governance frameworks, controls, and stage-gate processes.
- Coordinate project status reporting and consolidate updates across multiple workstreams.
- Produce high-quality Steering Committee and leadership reporting packs.
- Facilitate governance meetings, documenting actions, risks, decisions, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, up to date, and compliant with PMO standards.
Portfolio & Resource Management
- Support project scheduling, resource planning, and demand management activities.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, constraints, and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve portfolio visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Work with Group functions and international teams to support cross-country initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and enhance PMO processes, templates, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and governance controls.
- Help embed best practice across project delivery and portfolio management activities.
- Support the development of new cost and governance frameworks across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Support, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Cost Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong financial and analytical capability with experience managing project costs, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience producing project and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Desirable
- Experience supporting technology, IT, or business transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to portfolio management tools and governance frameworks.
- Experience working within a Group PMO environment.
