- Project Manager - Remote/hybrid - Cheshire - 6 months contract -

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a fantastic automotive business on a 6 month interim bases (covering maternity leave) who are on a significant growth journey.  They are masters in their field and are all about technical innovation and creating a seamless customer experience.  They have an excellent culture, fostering collaboration and inclusivity throughout the business.

They’re looking for a Project Manager to join their Operations/Maintenance team who'll be accountable for steering projects to successful outcomes against agreed deliverables and goals and support their growth programme.  We're looking for people with:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to negotiate compromise between stakeholders with competing needs and priorities.

Plus, experience in:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties for successful execution of projects.
  • Process improvement project delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Steering projects to a successful outcome by managing Tasks, Risks, Issues and Dependencies.
  • Managing changes to project scope / schedule / cost, ensuring appropriate buy in and agreement is secured before reflecting the change in the project.
  • Reporting to stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate.
