Project Support Analyst/ PMO/ Junior PMO.

Near Wigan to £28,000 pa
This well-established business is on a huge growth curve and are investing in their tech and business systems such as Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management systems as well as other application areas such as finance and payroll.
This newly created position is a varied role, reporting into the Systems Program Manager, you will have experience of supporting projects, and be comfortable working as part of a small team (but also be self sufficient).
As well as previous experience supporting projects, performing project related administration and implementing new processes and systems; this role will be responsible for performing analysis throughout. Therefore data analysis skills will be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with previous project implementation support experience. You will be seeing the project through to the end which will give exposure to all areas from the beginning.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Understanding and experience in a variety of systems and application areas ie. warehouse management systems, transport management systems. Application area’s such as finance, payroll.
- Ideally understanding interfaces between systems; experience of mapping one file to another.
- Data Analysis skills: moving data and analysing data
- Pre project and post project support reviews
- Ideally will have supported systems implementations and rollouts previously. Highly advantageous to have done this within a: Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Transport, FMCG or Retail environment.

- Project implementation support experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a personable and flexible approach
- Experience of supporting a team in delivering projects
- Data analysis experience
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
- Managing documentation
- Supporting meetings & workshops
- Proficient at using MS Word and Excel
- Escalating complex queries where necessary
- Knowledge of AGILE methodologies will be an advantage
Based near Wigan so commutable from Wigan, Warrington, Skelmersdale, St Helens, M58, Leyland, Bolton etc.
