We are recruitment experts, not technical experts but with c 20-25 years’ experience in our niche areas, we are confident we know our market pretty well.

We are looking for a recruitment resourcer that wants to deliver an exceptional service to their candidates, both current and future. You will play an integral part of delivering our gold standard services to our clients, ensuring that you build your own network of candidates and that you provide the best possible candidate experience.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will:
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
- Be persuasive, persistent and patient
- Be curious and enjoy uncovering candidates motivations, wants and needs for a new role
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a mature personality
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload
- Have good IT / tech skills – word, ATS, CRM or recruitment database experience
- Be able to meet deadlines
With a minimum of 6 months recruitment resourcer experience, ideally in IT or other technical discipline ie. engineering, sciences. If you do not have specific sector experience, you will have a specific interest in the technology market.
You will ideally have a background in Talent, Sales or Customer Service
You will be an intuitive people person that wants to offer the best customer service and high-level flexible solutions to your customers (not just a run of the mill one size fits all approach)
Negotiable basic salary dependent on experience plus uncapped commission, bonuses and cash incentives could see first year OTE in excess of £30,000.
