Our client, a not-for-profit organisation committed to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, is looking for a dedicated Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering innovative solutions that support their mission, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive high-quality delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continual improvement of multiple delivery streams. You will champion best practices, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and act as a senior escalation point to ensure milestones are met seamlessly. - Develop and maintain consolidated delivery plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
- Produce and maintain portfolio dashboards for transparent reporting at squad, programme, and portfolio levels.
- Act as a trusted senior mediator to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment of goals across diverse teams.
- Lead multiple Agile squads and Waterfall workstreams, removing blockers and managing escalations.
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and best practice adoption across delivery teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear, strategic updates on progress, risks, and impacts.
- Maintain documentation such as delivery notes, decision logs, and knowledge repositories for traceability and auditability.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple vendors and teams, ensuring sequencing supports overall roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior managers, strengthening delivery capabilities across the organisation.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager leading SaaS or enterprise solutions。
- Deep understanding of .NET, API integration, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong track record delivering projects using Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, or hybrid models.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for portfolio planning and reporting.
- Experience managing external vendors and cross-team dependencies.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
- Knowledge of SaaS delivery, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and business change processes.
