They’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of significant transformation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
You’ll work across multiple functions and stakeholder groups, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects and ensuring they deliver meaningful business outcomes.
A big part of the role will also be about people. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading, developing and nurturing high-performing teams and who takes pride in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives from initiation through to completion.
🔹 Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
🔹 Lead cross-functional project teams, creating clarity around objectives, responsibilities and priorities.
🔹 Manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
🔹 Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
🔹 Work closely with technical teams on system implementations, integrations, migrations and other technology-led projects.
🔹 Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies depending on the needs of the project.
🔹 Provide clear and transparent updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring progress, risks and key decisions are understood.
🔹 Lead change effectively, managing scope, timelines, resources and budgets through appropriate governance and change control.
🔹 Build strong relationships across the organisation and bring people together around common goals.
🔹 Lead, develop and nurture high-performing project teams, providing coaching, support and constructive feedback.
🔹 Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve project delivery and business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have experience within one of the following sectors:
Retail | Hospitality | FMCG | Leisure | Aviation | Travel | Logistics
You’ll also bring:
🔹 Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar senior project delivery role.
🔹 A strong track record of delivering complex projects and transformation programmes.
🔹 Experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities and significant stakeholder groups.
🔹 Strong technical understanding, with experience of system implementation, configuration, integration or migration projects.
🔹 Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments.
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
🔹 Experience leading, developing and nurturing cross-functional teams.
🔹 Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 The confidence to challenge, influence and make decisions in complex environments.
🔹 A genuine passion for developing people and creating a positive, collaborative team culture.
