This is a Manchester based role, for a Manchester brand that is known worldwide.
We are looking for someone with around 1 year IT Support experience within a desktop environment. As part of the service desk team, you'll be acting as 1st Line support, logging incoming calls or picking up queries via the ticketing system and being the first port of call for the user. This is a very important role as we're looking for a proactive person who can co-ordinate support as well as resolve if possible.
Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service is required along with a good general knowledge of IT such as Office 365 account administration. Experience of working within an ITIL environment or working to SLA's including fixed times, response times etc would be a nice to have.
