An experienced and pro-active Transformation Manager required to support the Head of Technology on business transformation projects for a fast-growing textiles company, to propel them digitally to where they need to be, to keep up with their increasing demand.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Supporting with the upgrade of the current ERP system
- Data gathering, process mapping and project managing implementation of a new WMS
- Assisting with prioritising, sequencing and delivering of key stages within the projects
- Helping to recommend and implement digital solutions
Experience within the retail, logistics, eCommerce or transport sectors is key, as well as vast knowledge of ERP systems (such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, JDE) and warehouse management systems. Strong process and organisational skills are also vital in this role, together with a track record of successful delivery in project and change management. Stress-free, logical, problem solving are additional fundamental traits needed for this position.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting your ideas to all levels of management, particularly when dealing with complex recommendations. A friendly and approachable manner is another important attribute and having the ability to lead and motivate teams are an integral part.
